In honor of Día de los Muertos, international street artist Marka27 is proud to present "Amor Hasta La Muerte" - an original design that will also be recreated as a mural for Día de los Muertos in the Woo -- a celebration of Latino culture, remembrance of loved ones lost, and acknowledgment of the health inequities the Latino/a/e community has faced during the pandemic in Worcester, MA and beyond.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Day of the Dead Celebration, fiscally sponsored by Worcester Art Museum.
Marka27's mural will join a community Ofrenda and mixed media sculpture for a downtown Worcester celebration on October 30 and then exhibited at Worcester City Hall through the end of 2021.
